Not a great spot for couples

The front desk staff were super friendly when we checked in. And the restaurant in the lobby? Only good thing about this place, dishes were decent.

Wasn't exactly a bargain but you know, it was okay enough.

The hotel was a solid choice for our one-night stay, especially with the cozy standard room and the fantastic live blues music on Friday night in the restaurant. We really enjoyed unwinding at the indoor pool and taking advantage of the hot tub for some relaxation after a long day. The only downside was the chilly room when we first arrived, but it warmed up quickly, so no biggie! 🎶

Clean rooms. No free breakfast. The elevator needs some attention. Convenient location and ample parking available.

Had a quick one-night stay and was impressed! The oversized room was super clean, and the restaurant downstairs served amazing food that I wish I had time to try more. The comfortable bed made it easy to get a good night's sleep.

Staff was friendly, food was great.

Check-in was impressively quick, and the staff maintained a friendly rapport throughout the stay. The pool area was a highlight—clean and perfectly heated, ideal for relaxation. However, the property felt less secure without a proper fence, and while the atmosphere near the Salvation Army across the street was concerning, the room's decor and comfort made up for some of these issues.

The King Room with Bath Tub was super spacious and designed well for easy movement. The bed was comfy, and the bathroom had a nice tub. Everything felt clean and well-maintained.

The elevator service could be improved.

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The kids loved the comfy beds, and the large room gave us plenty of space to unwind after a day at the nearby New London Ferry Dock. The friendly staff made everything smoother for our family.

In my wife’s opinion, the lack of a play area for kids was a bummer. It would definitely enhance the experience for families like us.

The hotel was perfectly located for our travel plans, making it easy to get around. The room was clean and the staff was accommodating, especially when they provided us with a quiet room away from wedding guests. However, the buffet breakfast was a bit pricey compared to other hotels I've stayed at. Overall, it was a pleasant experience during our one-night stay.

the check-in process had a slight delay (not a huge deal). the staff was very friendly, the room was spacious and clean, and the breakfast buffet had amazing choices (especially the fresh fruits! ).

I just can’t say enough about my good stay! The check-in was a breeze, and Jake was attentive The indoor pool was perfect for unwinding, and I loved having a comfortable King suite.
